What is our Dispatch timeframe?
Orders made before 12PM NZT Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. If you place an order after this time, it will be shipped the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
